The 8th SADA BOT onsite and online meeting was held on 29th of June 2021 in Abqaiq City. Among the 16 board members, 8 attended the meeting physically and 8 participated virtually. The SADA Chairman AbdulHameed Al-Rushaid presided the meeting together with the vice chairman. The BOT meeting was said to be different from the past board meetings as this year three (3) of the management staff reported several updates, accomplishment and plans for the future of SADA in front of the board. Also, four (4) of SADA board committees namely Audit Committee (AC), Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), Compensation Committee (CC) and Investment Committee (IC) reported several of their accomplishment and initiatives for the board approval.
